How to Redeem Your Parking Pass
Your parking pass must be redeemed at a ParkMB payment kiosk in one of the participating lots shown above. Parking passes are valid for three months from the purchase date.
- Go to a ParkMB payment kiosk.
- Enter your vehicle’s license plate number.
- Select SkyWheel Reservation.
- Enter the parking code from your confirmation email.
- Place the printed parking receipt on your vehicle’s dashboard.
Important: Parking passes cannot be redeemed on QR code signage. You must enter your code at a ParkMB kiosk.

Where can I purchase a prepaid parking pass?
Prepaid parking passes can be purchased on SkyWheelMB.com with the purchase of a Regular Flight ticket.
Which parking lots accept the pass?
The pass is only valid at the participating ParkMB lots shown in the image above.
The parking lot directly next to SkyWheel is not included.
What happens if my parking time expires?
Vehicles that remain parked past the paid time may be subject to additional fees, automated enforcement, or booting. Please return before your time expires or purchase additional time.
Can I receive a refund?
All parking pass purchases are non-refundable. Please confirm the parking location and duration before completing your purchase.
What should I do if I have trouble redeeming my pass?
SkyWheel staff cannot assist with parking or kiosk issues. Please locate a ParkMB attendant wearing a green shirt or call 843-997-7124.
What should I do if my vehicle is damaged?
Contact ParkMB immediately by locating an attendant wearing a green shirt or calling 843-997-7124. You should also file a report with the Myrtle Beach Police Department.
