Can the parking pass be used in the lot next to SkyWheel?
No, the parking lot next to SkyWheel is not included in the parking pass. Please refer to the image above for parking lots included.

Can I get a refund for my parking pass?
We strive to provide a safe and convenient parking experience for all. Please note that all parking fees are non-refundable.  In the unfortunate event that your car is damaged, please contact ParkMB immediately. Additionally, you should file a report with the Myrtle Beach Police Department for further assistance.

Who do I contact if the “scan to pay” QR code isn’t working?
 If the “scan to pay” (QR Code) is not working, please contact ParkMB or locate a ParkMB Attendant for help. The attendants wear green shirts and are available to assist you with any issues.
