Redeem your parking pass at the ParkMB pay station Kiosk in one of the above ParkMB lots.

1. Enter the license plate number of your car.
2. Choose SkyWheel reservation
3. Enter the code provided in your email 
4. Your parking receipt will print and you will put this on the dashboard of your car.

Where can I buy a prepaid parking pass?
You can purchase prepaid parking passes online at skywheelmb.com with the purchase of a regular flight

What happens if I exceed my parking time?
If you stay past your paid time, your vehicle may be subject to additional fees and automated monitoring including booting. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure you return before your time expires or extend your time.

Can the parking pass be used in the lot next to SkyWheel?
No, the parking lot next to SkyWheel is not included in the parking pass. Please refer to the image above for parking lots included.

Can I get a refund for my parking pass?
We strive to provide a safe and convenient parking experience for all. Please note that all parking fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to take your time to ensure you are selecting the correct parking duration and location that best fits your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance, our friendly staff is here to help. Who should I contact if I have parking issues upon arrival?
If you encounter any issues with parking, please contact a ParkMB Attendant. They are easily identifiable by their green shirts and are always ready to assist you.

What should I do if my car is damaged?
 In the unfortunate event that your car is damaged, please contact ParkMB immediately. Additionally, you should file a report with the Myrtle Beach Police Department for further assistance.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with parking?
 If the kiosk is not working, please contact ParkMB or locate a ParkMB Attendant for help. The attendants wear green shirts and are available to assist you with any issues.
