Halloween Activities to do in Myrtle Beach

Happy Halloween! It’s the spookiest time of year filled with lit jack-o-lanterns, spooky ghost stories, tricks, and of course, treats! Throughout the month of October, there are tons of events, festivals, and parties to celebrate the season on the beach. However With so many to choose from for your Halloweekend, it may be hard to keep track. Because of that, here are a few Halloween activities to do in Myrtle Beach.

Halloween On The MarshWalk

Halloween on the MarshWalk is a fun event for all ages! Monday, October 31st, enjoy tons of family fun costume contents, trick-or-treating down the marsh walk, and good eats starting at 5pm. There will be prizes awarded for best kids and adult costumes for Most Creative, Best Group, Funniest, Scariest, Best Duo, People’s Choice, and more. Prizes include trophies, ribbons, and some fun candy bags for the littler ones. Afterwards, come hang out and enjoy great food and drinks along with MarshWalk and get ready to gawk at some amazing costumes along the way!

Conway Halloween Golf Cart Parade

Conway loves Halloween, and that’s not understatement. They’re celebrating the spooky season big time with their third annual Halloween Golf Cart Parade the Saturday before Halloween, October 29th. At 11am in Downtown Conway, bring the whole family to enjoy decorated golf carts and amazing costumes to celebrate the season. A great morning activity to start off your Halloweekend fun! The parade will begin at the Conway Public Safety Building on 9th and continues to Laurel Street and ending at Elm Street – pretty fitting if you ask us!

BooFest @ Barefoot Landing

Get ready to party at Barefoot Landing! From 12pm to 4pm, hang out for some spooky fun for all ages. From family activies to a DJ party and more – all are welcome. Looking to dress up? It’s highly encouraged at BooFest for their kids and pets costume contest. Later, don’t forget to stay into the evening for a free showing of the movie of the season: Hocus Pocus beginning at 7pm on the Amphitheater Lawn.

Halloween Bash On The Avenue

Broadway at the Beach is the place to party for your Halloweekend. Located on The Avenue at Broadway, you’ll find live music and a costume contest to start the night. Then, head back to Broadway at the Beach, located just seven minutes from the Skywheel, for some trick-or-treating fun around your favorite shops. Halloween Bash on the Avenue will go from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
